Van Buren names Parker Citizen of
the Year
Donna Cotton Parker, a 1973 Arkansas Tech
graduate, received the Iverson Riggs Memorial Citizen of the
Year award from the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce during its
annual banquet on March 1.
